Titans' viral schedule-release video filled with wrong answers: 'Actually does not exist' - New York Post

The Chargers, and their anime video that poked fun at people like Mike McDaniel and Raiders fans, have some competition from the Titans for the best schedule-release video on social media Thursday night.

For Tennessee’s video — published on the team’s Twitter account once the 2023 NFL schedule was revealed — they appeared random people on Nashville’s Broadway to guess the name of the Titans’ opponents based on logos.

Their answers, with the exception of the Titans logo at the end, were quite wrong.

One participant called the Falcons the "Red Stallions," which prompted the team to change its Twitter bio.

It started with one participant referring to the Saints, the Titans’ Week 1 opponent, as the “St. Louis Rams,” perhaps trying to recreate a team that hasn’t played a game in St. Louis since 2016 — when the Rams moved back to Los Angeles.

For Week 2, another participant coined the Chargers’ bolt logo as “Lightning McQueen.”

It only got worse from there, as the Browns logo was followed by the answer of, “Oh, that’s just the football logo.”

The Bengals were the “Boston Bobcats.”

The Colts were called the Cowboys by a group of four women, the Ravens were the Baltimore Orioles and the Falcons were the “Red Stallions” — which actually prompted the team to change its Twitter name to that Thursday night, reflecting the scheduling release humor from a 2023 opponent.

Over the final half of the reveal, some of the best — while also incorrect — names offered by the participants included, the “Pirates from the Island of the Caribbean” for the Buccaneers, the “Eagles, Eagles Eagles” from Pittsburgh instead of the Seahawks from Seattle and an attempt to claim that the Jaguars were a logo that “actually does not exist.”

The Titans, who start their 2023 season against the Saints, enter their offseason with different options at quarterback after the team drafted Will Levis to join Ryan Tannehill and Malik Willis — the other two options currently under contract.

They reportedly plan to stick with Tannehill to start, and they aim to return to the playoffs after missing for just the second time in the last six seasons in 2022, when they finished with a 7-10 record.
