If you go down to the Quincy Riverfront Monday morning, you might notice something that stands out.
The fountain at Clat Adams Bicentennial Park was filled with soap.
Several Quincy residents said someone reportedly placed some form of dish soap in the fountain, causing it to eventually overflow with suds.
Some viewers noticed the fountain shooting up with foam Sunday morning.
Quincy Police said they are aware of the incident and they do not currently have any suspects.
They said charges could vary from a state charge of criminal damage to a city charge of vandalism and malicious mischief.
