Small Batch Detroit makes tasty snacks from products made in Michigan. They are offering a holiday box that could be great for those looking for a fruitful - sweet treat.
The holiday box is filled with their Slow Jams jam and Mitten Bites granola bars which feature Michigan fruits and sugars.
Small Batch is run by alumni from the Detroit Food Academy. Students from third grade to seniors in high school have a chance to engage and learn how to cook in an afterschool program. Because of the pandemic, the program is offered virtually. When students sign up they will receive a weekly delivery of groceries and cooking utensils so they can make creations while being trained by Metro Detroit chefs on Zoom.
