Some are the creation of the owner, artist Dodi Wexler, and others, such as the Keith Haring lithographs, have been amassed by her collector husband, Luke Sadrian.
“The house provides the perfect ‘canvas’ for our art collection,” Mr. Sadrian said in an email.

It “has a wonderful feeling of space and light,” he added, and the home’s high ceilings and architecture were what drew the pair to the home, which they bought in 2003.
Mr. Sadrian’s favorite parts of the house are the ground-floor kitchen and living room space, along with the basement gym, while Ms. Wexlers is her upstairs office and her studio for work, he said.

The house has six bedrooms, four bathrooms and spans close to 5,200 square feet with planning permission to extend further.

There are two reception rooms, a conservatory and a formal dining room.
The primary bedroom suite includes a walk-in dressing room, another bedroom serves as a home gym, and the house also has a studio room with soaring ceilings, a playroom, a balcony, a vault and a private garden.
