DANVILLE, Ky. (WTVQ) – A downtown Danville pothole is filled in a creative way.
On Facebook, community members shared their frustration because a large pothole on 3rd Street has not been fixed. Because the pothole has not been filled after residents had reportedly filed complaints, someone took matters into their own hands and filled the hole with a small tree, which can be found on 3rd Street between Main Street and Broadway Street.

Clay Albright of Danville shared photos of the fix on Thursday saying “Downtown Danville…since the state won’t fix this state road someone got creative and filled the huge pothole.”
The person who planted the tree has not been identified.
