MADISON, Wis. - Unseasonable rain did not stop people from running in the Run Santa Run 5K.
Starting at 3:00 P.M., Capitol Square was filled with hundreds of people dressed as Santa, an Elf, or a penguin. Participants were able to enjoy an exercised-focused holiday fun event by running or walking a 5K.
