WATCH FOR THE NEXT CLASS IN SEPTEMBER! Feel like rejoining life again? Do you believe that part of being healthy is being happy too? Are you at the point where you feel like doing some really uplifting for yourself while following good sensible social distancing too? Well, come and join us for the outdoor class called "Yes! You Can Act!" on Wednesday evening, July 29th from 6:30 - 9:00 PM in Lake Forest. Class runs for eight consecutive Wednesdays.

It is easy to truly maintain proper social distancing in this yard and on this comfy patio (with an awning and great outdoor patio heaters). Social Distancing is always kept foremost in our minds and good protocols are followed for a safe and enjoyable evening class. The class size is also purposely being kept small. The fun and creativity of this class is the perfect thing to help us all celebrate “rejoining life” and enjoying each other’s company once again.
