A tractor-trailer filled with food caught fire on Interstate 75 early Saturday morning, the Florida highway patrol said in a press release.
The blaze in the truck ignited around 6:04 a.m. on southbound I-75 near mile marker 272 in Hillsborough County.
Troopers and fire rescue arrived at the scene of the fire and found no one injured.
The fire started in the truck’s brakes and then spread throughout the trailer that was filled with food and drinks, FHP said.
Photos from the incident show charred goods like cases of water, coconut water, Celsius energy drink and SkinnyPop popcorn.
The fire closed the southbound lanes of I-75 for several hours, with traffic rerouted onto I-275.
All lanes of I-75 were reopened at 10:55 a.m. Sunday.
